What is Dharma Transitions?
Dharma has many meanings…
Among them, dharma can refer to one’s personal mission or life purpose.
Dharma Transitions is a full lifecycle coaching and consulting service, offering emotional, practical, strategic support through all life and end of life transitions.
DHARMA
(dar-ma; Sanskrit धर् म)
Merriam Webster defines dharma as:
a. : the basic principles of cosmic or individual existence: divine law.
b. : conformity to one's duty and nature. dharmic. ˈdär-mik.
In my interpretation, Dharma is your soul’s purpose; the big reason why you are here. It is the motivating force guiding you to take action and make decisions along your life path. This energy is the amalgam of your values, beliefs, strengths and gifts. In this sense, dharma serves as a personal compass, directing you through the complexities of daily life to make choices that align with who you are and why you're here.
Transition is generally defined as a change or shift from one state, subject, place, etc. to another.
Hence the genesis of Dharma Transitions…
Transitions, like death, happen whether we wish them or not. Both can generate fear or resistance. How we approach and navigate through our particular transitions define our life and our legacy.
We all desire and aspire to live meaningfully. What that looks like is unique to each of us. On the road to a meaningful life, we inevitably hit potholes and speed bumps. These detours (whether unexpected or anticipated) are calls to assess, evaluate and reinvent our self perception and discover what we are truly capable of. They are the milestones we look back on that determine our sense of achievement and fulfilled purpose.
I believe in celebrating life until the very last moment. I also know the value of having strategic support and heart-centered guidance on the journey to self awareness, self acceptance and self allowance from which one’s Joie-de-Vivre flows. That’s what I offer you: a heart-centered guide, ally and advocate to accompany you on your journey through the tough times; the eddies of your life experience.
Because you are worthy of being seen, heard, and acknowledged.
Thank you for finding me. I hope to be of service.
